If you have traveled with us and are believe you are missing an item, feel free to contact us directly. If you do not know which taxi company you used, we recommend that you contact the Lost & Found Office of the Canton of Lucerne directly, whose lsot & found Items are published daily on the website easyfind.
Additional note:
All companies that hold a taxi operating permit by the city of Lucerne are legally obliged to hand in found items such as mobile phones, keys, wallets, jewelery etc. to the lost and found office as quickly as possible.
